Thinking future to help a multi-cultural conversation

A great pleasure to be back in Tokyo, even if we only have a small amount of time to devote to the city in the two day programme covering scenarios to strategy. The future thinking part of the workshop was particularly useful to allow the colleagues from (very different) cultural backgrounds to engage on a safe terrain. As the future is not yet written, nobody can loose face by holding an opinion about it. This opens the room to identify common ground when it comes to the strategy part of the session.
