On-line Workshops work suprisingly well!

Multi-stakeholder strategising live over the internet works! That is the conclusion we (Adrian, Petra, Jonathan) again confirm from our workshop today, the culmination of three days of work (five hours a day with plenty of time for breaks and homework) using Parmenides Eidos. In any case a thousand thanks to Peter, Tobias, Gisela, Ulli, Thorsten and Dhiren for being excellent participants – always engaged but never pushy. And the software helped focus everybody on the task at hand – be it identifying goals, market challenges, key decisions, strategic options or things to do.
