Current activity
Jonathan supports his clients in developing and formulating their well-reasoned strategy and is working with 4Sing GmbH since 2015. His fields of activity include strategy development, systemic organizational development and designing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation systems for public sector programs. For his consultancy projects in scenario based strategy development he applies the visual reasoning software Parmenides Eidos as well as various creative techniques in order to better understand systems and their possible futures.

Previous experience
Jonathan’s working experience started ten years ago as a strategy consultant for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ – German development cooperation) in Algiers, Algeria, where he developed a comprehensive monitoring system for the economic development program. Then responsible for continuous strategy development, quality- and portfolio management, he developed an interest for participative and visual planning tools and strategy development techniques. In 2013 he joined European School of Governance (eusg), developing projects for public consultations in Libya and Tunesia. He was also involved in a resource modelling project with the German environment agency, where system dynamic modelling systems were to connect with econometric modelling systems.

Education and Training
Jonathan holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Humboldt University of Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena, Germany. He also completed the “Certificat d’Études Politiques” of Institut d’Études Politiques (Sciences Po) Rennes, France.

Jonathan is able to work in French, English and German speaking environments.
