In addition to her consulting work, Monika is an Adjunct Professor at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, where she researches and teaches organisational development and management, and is Chair of the Supervisory Board of ISEAL, the umbrella organisation for the world’s largest standard-setters for sustainable business. After 26 years at the World Bank and IFC, most recently as Director of the Results and Knowledge Management Department in the Sustainable Development Division, Monika led the Global Water Partnership (GWP), an international organisation accredited in Sweden, until 2020. Monika advises and facilitates decision-making processes for private, public and civil society organisations and is a member of the GEF Evaluation Advisory Committee, the Supervisory Board of the Austrian Development Bank (ÖEB), the Deltares International Advisory Committee, and the Global Council of Online Educa Berlin (OEB). Monika lives with her family in Vienna.
